The confirmation message may have slipped into your spam folder: we invite you to check.

Find your invoice in your personal space or in your order confirmation email. You can also send us an email to contact@laparisiennedesiles.fr to request it

Once your order has been validated, we cannot modify or cancel it.

If your jewelry is not suitable, you have 14 days to return your order, excluding customizable or worn jewelry.

Please note, we do not do exchanges for online purchases – reimbursement only in the form of a credit.

Express delivery (France) : 48 working hours.

Standard Delivery : 3 to 4 working days.

You can track your order in your shipping confirmation email. In the current context, delivery times may be a little longer.

How to return an item ?

If your jewelry does not suit you, you have 14 days to return it for a refund (excluding worn or personalized jewelry and promotional items).

1. Send an email to contact@laparisiennedesiles.fr , subject: BACK

Complete the returns form which will be sent to you by email.

3. Place the item and return form in sturdy packaging.

4. Send the package with tracking to the address indicated in the form.

Please note, jewelry that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

When will I be reimbursed?

The refund is made within 14 days following the registration of your return in the form of a credit valid for no time limit.


Our jewelry does not have a guarantee. Our teams will carry out an assessment of the part after sending photos, then replace it with a gift voucher valid for 6 months on our online store.

*For deliveries outside France, delivery times may be slightly longer.

**For deliveries abroad, the recipient may be required to pay customs fees, depending on the legislation in force in the country of destination.
